Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app
The fastest route. Deletion begins immediately.
- Open Bookshelf and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete account.
- Confirm when asked. Your account, documents and reading progress are erased.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it
Use this if you can no longer sign in, or you would rather we did it.
Email us from the address registered to your account so we can verify the request. The button below opens your mail app with everything filled in.
Or write manually to support@webhousenepal.com with the subject “Delete my Bookshelf account”, including the email address on the account. We may ask one verification question before proceeding, so that nobody else can delete your library.
What gets deleted

This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted we cannot restore your documents or your reading positions, even if you register again with the same email address.
If you want to keep your files, download the originals from each document's detail screen before you delete the account.
What we may keep, and why
After deletion we retain only what the law requires us to keep — for example accounting records where a payment was made — and anonymised technical logs that can no longer be linked to you. Nothing retained can be used to identify you or to reconstruct your library.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days, and usually within two working days. We email you to confirm once it is done.
